Trained Audio Describers provide a commentary with concise descriptions of actions, expressions and gestures to compliment the theatre experience for patrons who are blind or have low vision. Description is relayed via a discreet headset using radio frequency.

The foyer of Her Majesty’s Theatre in Melbourne is accessible from street level. Due to the lack of a lift to the Dress Circle and Grand Circle levels, it is strongly advised that patrons with limited mobility to be seated in the Stalls. Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the venue. This includes unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Queen of Tickets, or similar.

We understand circumstances change and your chosen performance date or time may no longer suit.

Theatre Royal Sydney customers: Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the originally ticketed performance. Exchanges cannot result in fewer tickets or seats in a lesser price category than originally purchased. A $5 per ticket fee applies to all paid tickets in the transaction. All exchanges are subject to availability. You can exchange your tickets online by following the View Order button in your confirmation email. Glasshouse Theatre, QPAC customers: Tickets may only be exchanged for other performances of Fiddler on the Roof at the Glasshouse Theatre, QPAC in Brisbane. Exchanges must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of originally ticketed performance. A $4.10-per-ticket fee applies, and an exchange may be subject to additional fees.
